The Top 10 Most Common Ill-Health Culprits

Most of them are in foods that children eat every day.

Doctors are famous - or infamous - for prescribing medication for children's illnesses, according to Natural News. These researchers posit that most common illnesses - and even some disorders - are curable by giving children natural and organic food.

They've also listed their theories of food "ingredients" that cause ill health, targeting ten of the most serious culprits. Concentrated salts and high fructose corn syrup top the list at one and two. Artificial colors and food dyes are third.

Genetically modified sweeteners - in so many candies and desserts - are also on the list. Following these culprits are processed gluten, soda, fluoridated water, experimental vaccines, pharmaceuticals for depression and anxiety, and lastly? School lunches.

Natural News also writes that many vaccines have ingredients such as casein (a dairy protein) and peanut oil, which they believe may play a part in propagating allergies. Click here to learn more.
